2. What data is collected?

We collect only the data necessary to manage our business and provide our services, including :

  • Last name, first name
  • E-mail address
  • Phone number
  • Information sent via the contact form
  • Information on reservations, course and event registrations, subscriptions, etc.
  • Technical and browsing data (cookies, IP address, browser type, pages viewed), according to your choices (see Cookies section)

We do not collect sensitive data (e.g. health) unless you provide it to us voluntarily and when necessary, with an appropriate legal basis.

3. Why is your data processed?

Data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Manage reservations, registrations, subscriptions and customer relations
  • Communicate with customers (confirmations, practical information, schedule changes, etc.).

  • Contact details : up to 3 years after the last exchange (except for ongoing contractual relationships)
  • Data related to an order, reservation, registration or billing: up to 10 years (accounting requirements)

  • measure audience (e.g. Google Analytics, if enabled)
  • improve the user experience
