Christine Vogondy, a passionate mountaineer from Geneva, wants to share the benefits of sport with all those who wish to progress, perform or simply feel better.
In 2024, during an expedition to the Himalayas, she imagined KeePushing. A place where high-level methods are accessible to all.
At the heart of his approach: hypoxia. This method recreates the effects of altitude to stimulate the body’s adaptation.
